It specialized in cheese and milk manufacturing until 2006. The capacity was increased in 2006 and a modern factory was built in Aleppo by founder of the company Ahmad Aldaher, who is an engineer, in order to produce canned food and concentrated juice. Nelson Milon food company became one of the market leaders shortly. It currently enjoys exporting its products to 40 countries around the world including Gulf countries, Russia, Turkey and some European countries.
Nelson Milon has moved its production and sales to Turkey in 2012 and established its new HQ in Mersin.
